To my dear friends who sent me birthday wishes:I am dearly sorry that I appear not to reply because I was at Shanghai on my birthday!!!! Upon my return, I was unable to receive those messages for it was automatically deleted by my phone. So I don't really know who sent me or not.

Whirlpool
Sometimes, you get lost in your own world as you watch people go by.Yet at times, when you get sucked back to reality, you realised that things and people have moved on that you long longer could catch up with them.

Back from MIA
Yes, I know I've been MIA-ing for a really long time. OPs ~ Wanted to blog for many times, but couldn't find the right words to piece the various things that I want to say.I've just returned from Shanghai!!! It was a pretty nice place in the sense that if you minus the dirty toilets and money minded Chinese, yes, China's can be a lovely place.
We took this at Suzhou and that's a Sakura tree behind us!! The weather there was amazingly cooling, fluctuating between 5 to 20 degrees. And the "small" pond that you see below was merely the backyard of an ancient super rich guy who had no where to spend his money on.
Moreover, the natural scenery in China was fantastic! The lake coupled with some willow trees and cherry blossoms will form the picturesque photo that you see below. Disclaimer: I did not use photoshop to do any editing!
But I guess the best part was the myriad of colours that we saw as flowers were just beginning to blossom....
I would say I was just glad to leave Singapore for a while to take a breather, have a look at life outside home, experience the beauty of spring. Mum and I did tons of shopping, and ate like at least 50 xiao long bao-s *slurps* !!!!!But for this month, after taking a 11 day leave, I'm like so much poorer! I hope that I'm taking paid leave though. *crosses finger*
